Bounty Hunters Association
The Bounty Hunters Association is an institution that regulates the bounty-hunting trade. Given authority by both the United Nations and Colonies (UNC) and the Asteroid Belt Economic Coalition (ABEC) it is recognized as the central authority across the system for the apprehension of bounties. The bounty hunters who joined the association have the benefit of notifications of bounty postings before they are broadcast through official channels, giving them a considerable head start.
The association is comprised of a number of smaller groups that operate nearly independently. usually only coming in to contact with each other when they’re competing for the same bounty head or in rare cases to cooperate on a larger bounty such as a full crew or rogue squadron.
